1. Eligibility
   • Minimum age: 10 years old.
   • Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
   • Maximum combined weight per jetski: 150 kg.
2. Booking & Redemption
   • Advance booking is required at least 1 day before the activity.
   • Present your e-voucher or printed voucher upon arrival at the activity location.
   • Voucher is valid for one-time use only.
3. Activity Schedule
   • Available daily from 09:00 AM to 04:00 PM (WITA - Bali time).
   • Activity may be rescheduled due to weather conditions or safety reasons.
4. Safety & Equipment
   • All participants must attend a safety briefing before the activity begins.
   • Life jackets and necessary safety gear are provided and must be worn at all times.
   • Participants must follow all instructions given by the instructor or guide.
5. Health & Responsibility
   • Not recommended for individuals with heart conditions, back problems, or those who are pregnant.
   • Participants join the activity at their own risk.
   • Basic accident insurance is included, but it is advised to have personal travel insurance.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
   • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled activity.
   • No refunds for no-shows or late arrivals.
   • In case of weather-related cancellations, an alternative date or full refund will be offered.
